We stayed at Bea's Cottage for a week and it was a perfect base for exploring Northumberland. The property was spacious and even bigger than it looked in the photos. We always found parking right outside and the beautiful large beach was just a minute's walk away. The beach had white sand and rock pools to explore at certain times of the day. There were also some coffee shops and corner shops nearby, with bigger supermarkets just a 10-minute drive away. The holiday house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighbors were friendly and the location was quirky yet accessible, even for disabled guests. The sliding French patio window in the living room was a great feature, and the rooms were spacious with a full dining table and comfortable lounge chairs.
I can recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. the house was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the little touches like the games, magazines, and books provided. the clean towels and bedding were an added bonus. the free WiFi was also a great convenience. We can't wait to revisit in the future.
It would have been nice to have a bench in the front garden for some outdoor seating.

I recently stayed at Bea's Cottage for a few days and it was absolutely delightful. The cottage is modern, well-presented, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are lovely and the location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from the beautiful beach. It's also a short, pleasant walk into town where you can find shops and plenty of cafes. The cottage truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay there again.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and easily accessible for disabled individuals. the sliding patio window in the living room was a nice feature, allowing for fresh air and helping to ventilate any unpleasant odors. the rooms were spacious, with a comfortable living room and a dining area that had enough seating for everyone.
The cleanliness of the cottage was disappointing. There were several issues, including an overpowering smell of dog in the living room, thick spiders webs on the staircase, and dirty dishes and utensils in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at Bea's Cottage! The spacious and elegant house provided great value for money, perfect for families or couples needing plenty of space. Its proximity to Newbiggin beach and promenade was incredible, we even got to see dolphins in the bay! The local people were genuinely friendly and the location was ideal for exploring Northumbria. A special mention to Lisa, who was easily reachable and made our stay even more enjoyable with her helpfulness.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The cottage was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach was a major advantage, allowing easy access for relaxing walks and enjoying the picturesque views. Additionally, the abundance of entertainment options, such as games, magazines.
There were a few areas that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the cottage left something to be desired, with evidence of dog odor and uncleaned kitchen utensils upon our arrival.
